Integral Being is an invitation to live as a full, integrated and conscious human being.
It is a meeting place and fresh combination of modern therapeutic understanding from the world of Trauma Healing, attachment theory, practical insights of neuroscience, energetic attunement practices, integral theory, meditation and it is deeply embedded and aligned with the timeless wisdom of spiritual traditions. Here the West shakes hands with the East, and the science of Evolution meets the rich practice of an embodied and contemporary spirituality. It is for everyone who is looking for a fully integrated wisdom, in a complex and fragmented world.
Gregor Steinmaurer is a passionate therapist, coach and teacher of embodied Spirituality. His way of working is a unique combination of professionalism and clarity with deep insight, friendliness and humor. He is a systemic therapist (Dipl. LSB), Traumatherapist (SE), Coach and Group Leader. He lives in Austria where he is working in private practice. He gives workshops and trainings internationally since almost 20 years.

In my work with individual sessions I combine methods and influences from a rich variety of trainings in therapeutic work, body oriented approaches, the systemic perspective and above all the presence in the direct human contact.
Working with Seminars and groups is probably my biggest love affair. Creating and holding the space for people that come together with a shared intention is an art and for me almost a sacred act.
